 Return Eligibility (Physical Products Only)

We accept returns on physical goods under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided


Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, downloadable software, digital templates)
  • Products marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable”
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications

 

 Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

You will receive an email confirming the status of your return

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days


Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs

 


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
